HHWC is based in Rhode Island and our mission is to provide the highest care that is compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered. We know that each patient has individualized needs, so we offer comprehensive assessment, medication management, and alternative medical services. We treat all patient’s physical, mental, and spiritual needs as we can best possible. We also offer immediate medical care for sick visits via telehealth. We offer evening and weekend services as needed.

Marian Idahosa, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C is a dual-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and Family nurse practitioner.
Marian has over a decade of Mental health experience. Marian is a dual-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and Family nurse practitioner. As such, every client’s needs are treated in an individualized and holistic manner at the same time. Marian specializes in medication management, providing services to children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, thought disorder, ADHD, bipolar, and the list goes on.
